Service d’astreinte

Keyclic offre désormais la possibilité de définir un numéro d’astreinte. Il s’affiche lorsque l’occupant fait une demande d’intervention en dehors des horaires d’ouverture. Cela permet d’assurer un service optimal et un traitement des urgences à tout moment de la journée.

Joindre un document au rapport

Il est maintenant possible d’ajouter un document à un rapport à n’importe quelle étape de la prise en charge de la demande. Cela permet par exemple d’intégrer un quitus signé à la fin d’une intervention pour justifier de sa résolution.

Ajouter un document à un rapport est très simple. Il suffit de se rendre sur le rapport que vous souhaitez traiter et de cliquer sur le bouton “Ajouter un document” disponible dans la barre d’action en bas de votre écran. Vous pouvez ainsi ajouter un document à partir de votre pellicule de photos ou à partir de vos documents.

Système de descente d’information

Il est désormais possible de communiquer directement avec les occupants par l’intermédiaire de l’application Keyclic. Cette fonctionnalité est une exclusivité de l’application Web, elle est accessible uniquement depuis un ordinateur.

Pour envoyer un message à vos occupants, rendez-vous sur votre organisation puis dans l’onglet « Publication ». Ensuite, cliquez sur le + en haut à droite de votre écran, renseignez un titre, votre message et sélectionnez un emplacement. Tous les occupants de cet emplacement recevront votre message. Une manière simple et rapide de délivrer une information importante.

Pour l’utiliser, rendez-vous sur la liste de tous vos rapports et cliquez sur l’icône violet “Filtre” et choisissez ensuite les filtres que vous souhaitez appliquer. Vous pouvez aussi directement renseigner des mots-clés dans la barre de recherche en haut de votre écran.

Réception du rapport en PDF

Suite à de nombreuses demandes, une copie au format PDF est désormais envoyée à chaque création de rapport et à chaque nouvelle intervention. Ces fichiers comportent toutes les informations que l’utilisateur a renseigné dans sa demande et permettent une prise en charge rapide. Le fichier reçu à l’assignation d’une intervention peut être imprimé et signé par l’occupant et ainsi faire office de quitus.
