Bouygues Telecom s’est rapproché de Keyclic dans le but de proposer une solution de gestion des interventions aux collaborateurs de leurs différents sites de bureaux pour leur permettre de faire facilement des demandes d’intervention. La Direction de l’Environnement du Travail souhaitait notamment centraliser toutes celles-ci pour pouvoir les traiter facilement et rapidement. Après un pilote réussi, la solution a été déployée sur leurs 24 sites à l’échelle nationale.

Afin de s’adapter aux usages et aux process internes déjà mis en place, des développements spécifiques ont dû être réalisés. En effet, un workflow personnalisé et de nouveaux rôles pour les utilisateurs ont été développés. Egalement, un système de réclamations a notamment été mis en place. Comme ce schéma l’illustre, un collaborateur a la possibilité de faire une réclamation sur une demande clôturée si celle-ci n’est pas résolue.

De l’audiovisuel à la plomberie en passant par les distributeurs automatiques, le responsable DET gère une multitude de requêtes et a une charge de travail souvent très lourde. Keyclic a notamment permis de centraliser toutes ces demandes pour la gestion des interventions. Ainsi, l’objectif est de faciliter leur traitement en quelques clics et accélérer les délais de prise en charge.

Le principal challenge de ce partenariat fut sa taille. Une demande essentielle était de pouvoir permettre aux collaborateurs de se géolocaliser de façon très précise sur les sites. Notre équipe de développeurs a ainsi découpé minutieusement les plans de chaque site pour créer une arborescence précise de chaque salle ou bureau de tous les sites couverts. Ce sont ainsi plus de 2 300 emplacements qui ont été paramétrés pour Bouygues Telecom. L’ampleur du projet, ainsi que le nombre d’utilisateurs étaient un challenge pour nos équipes. Nous pouvons aujourd’hui dire que ce projet de gestions des interventions est une vraie réussite avec plus de 7300 demandes réalisées sur Keyclic depuis le lancement en septembre 2021.
